How it started
Birdie's Bakery started because I noticed a serious lack of desserts everywhere I went, so I started bringing a batch of cookies with me whenever I left the house. All it took was one person to tell me I should sell them to convince me to start!
I have been working on my brown-butter base for months, tweaking the recipe until they came out perfect every time.
I'm based in Indianapolis, baking out of my home kitchen in small batches. Everything is made to order, because I believe cookies taste the best when they are fresh (duh!)
